Refund , Return and Exchange Policy

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

 We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, and beauty care products.

 If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. Please note that payment and other providers may have other charges in this process.



In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email [email protected] support email  within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to
[email protected] , we will send you a return shipping label. Please affix to to your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Shipping / Handling

Please note that there is an up to three to four (3-4) business day handling time to get the packages prepared for shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  We will provide a tracking url for the respective shipping provider where you may confirm the expected delivery dates.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please also note weight disclosed does not including the weight of the packaging.

N.B SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE once the item has been shipped.

Customs And Import Fees

Currently, we ship anywhere outside of Jamaica using our shipping partners. We will also update your order through the website for example with the tracking url/link for the shipping provider being used.

As such, you may observe shipping fees, import charges, import duties and delays. JamFields Trading has no control over charges or related changes to charges and policies in any country.
