Egg Powder

Mix together, flour and baking powder in a small bowl and eggs in separate bowl. Place pieces of chicken in the flour mixture thenegg mixture; make sure chicken is cover in flour mixture, then shake excess flour off chicken pieces before dipping in egg mixture.
